  • E-bikes, golf carts, and scooters are prohibited on sidewalks, patios, and public areas. They must be operated on roadways only.
  • Helmets are required for all individuals under 18 years of age when riding bicycles, scooters, skateboards, or any other wheeled transportation.

Wildlife Safety

We are surrounded by nature. This makes encounters with wildlife a possibility. Wildlife safety considerations include:

  • Respect wildlife by observing animals from a safe distance< and do not approach or disturb them.
  • Feeding wildlife can create dependency on human food, and disrupt their natural foraging behaviors.
  • Store all food and garbage in secure containers. This helps prevent wildlife from visiting your campsite.
  • If you encounter wildlife, do not approach it. Slowly back away and allow it to move on. Keep children and pets under close supervision, especially at dawn and dusk when wildlife is most active.
  • Snake Awareness: While rare, snakes may be present in the area. If you encounter a snake, do not attempt to handle it. If you feel the snake could possibly be dangerous, please contact resort security.
  • Coyote awareness: While rare, coyotes are present in this region. Keep pets on short leashes and never leave pets unattended. If you encounter a coyote, make noise and scare it away. Do not run.
