Guests who desire to stay one month or more are considered Extended Stay guests. Extended stays are allowed from October 1 through May 15.

Extended stays are permitted only from October 1 through May 15th. Currently, the maximum stay is 89 consecutive nights, and the camper must move out and off the property by noon on the 90th day. Our policy is to allow campers to return no earlier than 2 p.m. the next day for another stay of up to 89 consecutive nights under a new reservation, provided that the camper fills out a new rental agreement, and the employee handling the new reservation follows all normal procedures and processes with a brand-new reservation. In no event may a camper aquire residency status.
For any extended stay reservation, a deposit equal to the published weekly rate for the first week of the reservation (the “Deposit”) is to be collected at the time a reservation is made. The Deposit is then applied to the 1st month’s rent (or prorated rent) on the reservation arrival date for the extended stay.
If a reservation is cancelled at least 72 hours before the reservation arrival date, the camper will receive a full refund less a $30 cancellation fee. If a reservation is cancelled within 72 hours of the reservation arrival date, the camper will be charged for the first night of the reservation and will be refunded any remaining deposit. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if a reservation is made at least 72 hours before the reservation arrival date, then it can be cancelled up to 24 hours after the booking is made with a full refund and without any cancellation fees.
A camper may select an available RV site in advance by paying a $250 site selection fee at the time the reservation is made. The site selection fee is a stand-alone fee and is not applied towards the 1st month’s rent. If a reservation is cancelled at least 61 days prior to the reservation start date, the site selection fee is fully refundable.
If a reservation is cancelled within 60 days of the reservation arrival date, the site selection fee is non-refundable.
